Pro-Palestinian protesters to protest Canadian Political leaders for condemning them

As Canadians gathered across to show solidarity with Palestine and Israel and express their outrage over the loss of innocent lives, Canadian Political leaders including Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Vancouver Mayor Ken Sim have taken a firm stance against the Hamas attack and also have condemned pro-Palestinian protesters saying they are glorifying Hamas.

There will be protest at Vancouver City Hall on today October 19th at 6 pm and at the Vancouver Art Gallery on Saturday Oct. 21 at 3 pm.

“Hamas terrorists aren’t a resistance, they’re not freedom fighters. They are terrorists, and no one in Canada should be supporting them, much less celebrating them,” Trudeau said.

In saying that Trudeau dismisses the Palestinians right to freedom. By saying they are not freedom fighters and calling them terrorists, he dismisses that they are democratically elected to represent the Palestinian people and enjoy at least 53% support.

He also condemned demonstrations across Canada by those they said were glorifying violence by supporting Palestinian Islamist group Hamas’ attack on Israel. “I strongly condemn the demonstrations that have taken place, and are taking place, across the country in support of Hamas’ attacks on Israel,” Trudeau said in a post on X, formerly called Twitter. When asked if he made a distinction between pro-Palestinian protesters and demonstrators supporting Hamas, his office declined to comment.

He and other politicians assume those protesting against that attacks on Palestinians is somehow a glorification of Hamas. Is’t their support of the Israeli attacks their illegal occupation a glorification of Israel over the Palestinians?

Since Israel has declared war on Gaza, Hamas have taken prisoners or war and have set conditions for their release. But Israel continues to attack Gaza and is using this attack as an accuse to once again unleash terror on Gaza and in order to destroy Hamas.

When asked by the media about the future of the region, Trudeau said he would like to see a peaceful solution. How is that possible if he is dismissive of Hamas as the legitimate government of Gaza?
